phjoin Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Bangladesh Player

These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the phjoin online casino and sports betting platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT), participation in games and betting markets, use of bonus funds and promotional offers, and communications with phjoin's support team.

phjoin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phjoin will notify registered players via email to their registered email address and/or by prominently displaying a notice on the platform. Your continued use of phjoin following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version (if provided), the English version shall prevail in all respects. The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative and legally binding version for all phjoin players, including those based in Bangladesh.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on phjoin.im, through which the Player accesses games, manages funds, and interacts with the platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds which are subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, cashback credit, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account as part of a phjoin promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required before phjoin processes a Player's first withdrawal or when additional verification is deemed necessary.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to phjoin's real-money gaming services is not permitted under these Terms.

1.2 Governing Language and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. The platform is operated in English for the Bangladesh market. All formal communications between phjoin and Players shall be conducted in English.

1.3 Platform Availability

phjoin endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency downtime, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. phjoin will communicate scheduled maintenance periods via on-platform notice with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

To access real-money games and sports betting on phjoin, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active phjoin account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register a phjoin account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. phjoin operates an adults-only platform. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing.
• You are registering on your own behalf as an individual person, not as a corporate entity or on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of or accessing phjoin from a Restricted Territory.
• You have not previously had a phjoin account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of phjoin or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list that prohibits you from accessing online gambling platforms.

2.2 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information current. If your details change after registration, you must update them promptly by contacting phjoin support at [email protected].

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonus funds.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phjoin is required to verify the identity of all players before processing the first withdrawal from an account. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point during a player's account lifetime at phjoin's discretion, including where account activity is unusual, where a withdrawal request exceeds a threshold amount, or where required by applicable law.

KYC documentation typically required includes a government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days). phjoin may request additional documentation where necessary.

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed to phjoin's satisfaction. phjoin will communicate the status of any pending KYC review to the player via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoin account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phjoin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify phjoin support immediately at [email protected] so that protective measures can be applied without delay.

phjoin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All account balances, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in BDT. phjoin does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, for which phjoin bears no responsibility.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phjoin currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile financial service. Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation by the bKash network.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's mobile financial service. Deposits are credited instantly upon confirmation.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited's mobile banking service.
• Upay — UCB mobile financial service, available for qualifying accounts.

phjoin reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to available payment methods via on-platform notice.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit on phjoin is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by phjoin, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players who have activated voluntary deposit limits via their responsible gaming settings are subject to the limits they have self-imposed, regardless of the platform minimum.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by phjoin within the following timeframes:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically processed within 5–30 minutes of request confirmation during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Rocket and Upay: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of request confirmation.
• Accounts pending KYC: Withdrawal held until KYC verification is completed. No withdrawal will be processed from an account that has not completed KYC verification.

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. phjoin reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

3.4 Withdrawal Method Policy

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where phjoin expressly authorises an alternative method in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source. Players may not withdraw to a bKash or Nagad number that does not belong to them.

3.5 Forfeiture of Unclaimed Funds

Account balances in phjoin accounts that have been inactive (no login, no deposit, no withdrawal, no bet placed) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance if lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before dormancy fees begin to apply.

All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and to any specific conditions stated at the time of the promotion.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a player's account in the form of Bonus Funds, which are held separately from real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonus Funds must be used within 30 days of being credited. Any unused Bonus Funds remaining at expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Each bonus promotion is available to one account per person, per household address, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they are credited. Bonus transfers between accounts are not permitted.
• phjoin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a player opting in. Once a player has opted into a promotion and met the initial qualifying condition (e.g., made the qualifying deposit), the bonus will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
• Where a player requests a withdrawal before satisfying the wagering requirement on active Bonus Funds, phjoin reserves the right to remove the outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds before processing the withdrawal of the real-money balance.

4.2 Game Contributions to Wagering Requirements

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates for phjoin bonus wagering are as follows:

• Slots (all providers): 100% contribution per ৳ wagered.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10% contribution per ৳ wagered.
• Video poker: 10% contribution per ৳ wagered.
• Sports betting (pre-match and in-play): 100% contribution per ৳ wagered on qualifying markets with minimum odds of 1.80.
• Crash games (Aviator, Spribe products): 100% contribution per ৳ wagered.

phjoin reserves the right to exclude specific games from contributing to wagering requirements at any time. A current list of excluded games is available from phjoin support on request.

4.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

While Bonus Funds are active on an account (i.e., before the wagering requirement has been met in full), the maximum permitted bet per game round or per sports event selection is ৳500 or the equivalent stake for accumulator bets. Placing bets above this maximum while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

4.4 Abuse of Bonus Offers

phjoin employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, exploiting a technical error or loophole in a promotion, coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value, and placing offsetting bets designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is identified, phjoin reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and associated winnings and to permanently close the accounts involved.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phjoin. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, cancellation of all bonuses and pending withdrawals, forfeiture of balances derived from prohibited activity, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, on phjoin.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing phjoin from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method of IP obfuscation.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your phjoin account by a third party, including family members.
• Using phjoin to process, transfer, or launder funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or other skill-based games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or miscalculated odds to place bets with an artificially guaranteed positive expected value. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error will be voided.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any part of the phjoin platform software, game code, or backend infrastructure.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the phjoin platform.
• Engaging in any form of sports match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering based on non-public information.
• Registering on phjoin if you are under the age of 18, regardless of whether parental or guardian consent has been given.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where phjoin identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to: suspend account access immediately and without prior notice; void and cancel all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct; withhold and cancel any winnings, bonuses, or cashback credits associated with prohibited activity; process a return of the original deposited principal (net of any withdrawals already made) at our discretion; and permanently close the account. phjoin's determination in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 8.

7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may close your phjoin account at any time by contacting phjoin support at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Before closure is processed, you must withdraw your remaining real-money balance (subject to applicable KYC verification). Any active Bonus Funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Players who are closing their account due to concerns about their gambling behaviour are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool rather than a standard closure request, as self-exclusion includes additional safeguards such as suppression of all promotional communications. 7.2 Closure by phjoin

phjoin reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including in the circumstances described in Section 6 (Prohibited Conduct) and in the following additional circumstances:

• Where continued operation of the account would expose phjoin to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• Where phjoin ceases to offer services in a particular territory.
• Where a player has been inactive for an extended period and has not responded to dormancy notifications.
• Where phjoin reasonably believes the account has been compromised by an unauthorised third party and is acting to protect the player's funds.

Where phjoin closes an account other than for prohibited conduct, any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from phjoin for a defined period or permanently may do so at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the self-exclusion tool in their account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. A self-excluded player will be blocked from logging in, depositing, or placing bets for the duration of the exclusion period. phjoin will suppress all marketing and promotional communications to self-excluded players immediately upon activation of the self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion periods may not be reversed or shortened. Where a player requests a permanent self-exclusion, reinstatement of the account is not available under any circumstances. Players seeking additional support resources are directed to the phjoin Responsible Gaming page.

8.1 Platform Availability

phjoin provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While phjoin takes all reasonable steps to maintain continuous uptime and platform performance, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. phjoin shall not be liable for losses of any kind arising directly from platform downtime, scheduled or emergency maintenance, connectivity failures, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers including payment processors, game studios, or internet service providers.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on phjoin are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. phjoin does not control, manipulate, or have advance knowledge of game outcomes. phjoin shall not be liable for any losses arising from the outcome of any casino game, sports bet, or other wagering activity conducted on the platform. By participating in real-money games, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager.

8.3 Third-Party Services

phjoin's platform integrates third-party services including game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), and infrastructure providers. phjoin is not responsible for errors, outages, or failures originating within third-party systems. Where a third-party payment failure results in a deposit not being credited or a withdrawal being delayed, phjoin will investigate and coordinate with the relevant provider to resolve the matter but cannot guarantee resolution timelines outside its direct control.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phjoin's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phjoin account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with phjoin, you must first contact the phjoin support team at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the transaction or event in question, and the resolution you are seeking. phjoin will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days. phjoin's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus conditions, and account closures for prohibited conduct is final. Where a player remains unsatisfied following phjoin's decision, they may seek alternative dispute resolution through independent channels available in their jurisdiction.

8.6 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phjoin, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights in connection with your use of the phjoin platform.
